Stainless Steel 309H Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing approximately 23–25% chromium, 12–13% nickel, and higher carbon content for enhanced high-temperature strength. This composition provides excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue at temperatures up to 1150°C. The tubing typically exhibits tensile strength between 520–650 MPa and hardness around 170–200 HB. Its austenitic structure ensures excellent toughness, creep resistance, and dimensional stability under continuous high-temperature service.
