Stainless Steel 348H Tubing is an austenitic stainless steel alloy containing approximately 19–21% chromium, 9–12% nickel, and 0.05–0.10% carbon, stabilized with titanium. Titanium prevents intergranular corrosion by binding carbon, enhancing performance after welding or prolonged heat exposure. This tubing typically exhibits tensile strength between 515–700 MPa and hardness around 170–200 HB. Its austenitic structure provides excellent toughness, high-temperature creep resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring stable mechanical performance in continuous high-temperature service.
