Stainless Steel 316Ti forged fittings are austenitic stainless steel alloys containing chromium, nickel, molybdenum, and titanium. The addition of molybdenum improves resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, while titanium stabilizes the alloy against carbide precipitation during welding or high-temperature exposure. SS 316Ti exhibits excellent tensile strength, high toughness, and good ductility. It maintains mechanical stability, creep resistance, and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures and under high-pressure conditions.
