The AWS Class E317LT0-1/T0-4 flux core wire is a low-carbon, fully austenitic stainless steel consumable primarily made up of iron, chromium (18–20%), nickel (11–14%), and molybdenum (3–4%), with small amounts of manganese and silicon. Its low carbon content helps reduce carbide precipitation, enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion. In terms of mechanical properties, the weld metal boasts a tensile strength of about 75 ksi (515 MPa) and an elongation of around 35%, providing excellent toughness and ductility. The self-shielding flux guarantees clean, fully austenitic weld deposits with minimal porosity.
High-performance E317LT0-1/T0-4 dual shield flux cored wire providing excellent corrosion resistance, mechanical properties, and weld quality, ideal for demanding industrial applications requiring external shielding gas.
Robust E317LT0-1/T0-4 self-shielded flux cored wire designed for outdoor welding without the need for external shielding gas, offering superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
