The AWS Class E347T1-1/T1-4 flux core wire is a niobium-stabilized, low-carbon austenitic stainless steel consumable, primarily made up of iron, chromium (18–20%), nickel (9–11%), and niobium (columbium), with small amounts of manganese and silicon. This stabilization helps prevent chromium carbide precipitation, significantly enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion, particularly at high temperatures. In terms of mechanical properties, the weld metal boasts a tensile strength of about 75 ksi (515 MPa) and an elongation of around 35%, offering excellent toughness and ductility. The flux-cored design guarantees clean welds with minimal porosity and solid weld integrity.
Premium dual shield flux cored wire providing excellent corrosion resistance and weld stability. Ideal for applications requiring external shielding gas, such as in petrochemical, shipbuilding, and construction projects where high-quality welds are crucial.
High-performance self-shielded flux cored wire for outdoor and field welding without external shielding gas. Delivers superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, suitable for construction, repair work, and fabrication in challenging environments.
Versatile flux cored arc welding wire offering excellent weld quality, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. Perfect for various industrial applications including pressure vessels, pipelines, and structural components exposed to demanding conditions.
