The AWS Class E347T0-1/T0-4 flux core wire features a niobium-stabilized, low-carbon austenitic stainless steel composition, primarily made up of iron, chromium (18–20%), nickel (9–11%), and niobium (columbium), along with small amounts of manganese and silicon. This stabilization helps prevent chromium carbide precipitation, enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion at high temperatures. In terms of mechanical properties, the weld metal boasts a tensile strength of about 75 ksi (515 MPa) and an elongation of around 35%, ensuring excellent toughness and ductility. The self-shielding flux guarantees clean welds with minimal porosity, resulting in fully austenitic weld deposits that can withstand harsh service conditions.
High-quality E347T0-1/T0-4 dual shield flux cored wire offering excellent corrosion resistance and weld stability. Ideal for industrial applications requiring external shielding gas, such as petrochemical, marine, and construction industries, where high-performance welds are essential.
Robust E347T0-1/T0-4 self-shielded flux cored wire designed for outdoor and field welding without external shielding gas. Provides superior corrosion resistance and mechanical strength, perfect for construction, shipbuilding, and repair applications in harsh environments.
Versatile E347T0-1/T0-4 flux cored arc welding wire delivering excellent weld quality, corrosion resistance, and mechanical properties. Suitable for a wide range of industrial uses, including pressure vessels, pipelines, and structural components in demanding conditions.
